We are seeking for dynamic individuals to fill the following position:-

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

To develop new business areas by conducting research, survey & analysis in targeted market segments.
To identify and recommend business opportunities after evaluation on revenue potential, competitive threats, risk factors, etc..
To network and build relationships with external parties to compete for and/or achieve any business acquisition goals.
To negotiate all terms & conditions necessary for the drawing up of lease agreement.
To work closely with the project, marketing and service teams to ensure synergy in concept, theme and branding development.
To handle and resolve all issues and activities related to branding and business development.
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or Senior Management.
