BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our highly energized team. You will play a significant role in the growth and profitability of the Company. Your main responsibility will be to identify, strategize and secure new business opportunities. You will need to develop, evaluate and manage strategic business opportunities: mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures.

Responsibilities:

• Source new clients
• Achieve sales performance requirements
• Build high-level customer relationships within clients to provide the foundation for future value creation and servicing opportunities
• Support the preparation of all proposals and clients quotations
• Respond in a timely manner to any inbound inquiry or sales leads

Requirements:

• Degree in Science, Engineering or Business.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or a contract manufacturing organisation.
• A strong background in the biopharmaceutical industry and a thorough understanding of the drug development and regulatory process is preferred.
• Relevant business experience in negotiating contracts and developing business plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with internal groups and clients.
• Resourceful, result-oriented and self-motivated.
• International traveling a must.
