As the leading provider of outsourced sales and marketing services in 21 countries around the world, MarketStar (an Omnicom Company – NYSE: OMC ) is seeking to continue its rapid growth in its international operations.

We have enduring relationships with the world’s largest IT companies in most categories and require the services of an accomplished and experienced business development individual. The International Business Development Executive will identify and develop new opportunities with current customers as well as new prospects. The scope of the role will include our operations in APAC predominantly with some focus on Europe. This individual will be part of the international team based in Asia Pacific as well as have reporting responsibilities to the Executive Vice President of Business Development, based in Utah – USA.

We are seeking an individual that can demonstrate initiative as well as executive level client contacts. There will be a generous compensation package offered for this role including an uncapped upside for closed/booked business. In addition, there will be an opportunity to participate in our corporate profit share program.

Business Development International Executive

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Degree, with MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in business development OR outside sales in a multi-country or regional environment
5 Years within an IT sales oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas when selling to mid and large size corporate customers
Experience with disciplined sales process and reporting
Understanding of technology sales, marketing, services and channel models
Superior communication skills, with ability to interact with all levels of client management
Ability to work effectively across different cultural environments.
Presentation, problem-solving and negotiation skills;
Computer skills utilizing MS Office products, email and other proprietary software
International travel may be required to the US and Asia Pacific and Europe and must be able to travel 15-25% of the time
