Due to business expansion plans, a Singapore-Based Company operating in the Asia-Pacific region with diversified businesses in the logistics arena, invites result oriented, responsible, highly motivated and creative independent professionals to apply for the following positions:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
For the above position, we are looking for highly responsible professionals to protect & grow the Company’s businesses.
Besides being responsible for growing and increasing the profitability of the Company, you will also be actively involved in formulating & implementing strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and stronger partnership between the Company and its Clients.
Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for realising the committed revenue targets set by organization;
- Implementation of client calls and visit plan. Must be comfortable with cold-calling;
- Agressive negotiate for the most competitive but sustainable pricing for the business;
- Ensure all account opening and operations comply with internal requirements;
- Generate forecasts for activity in the territory, including potential sales, market position, required marketing activities;
- Participate in any necessary sales meetings and training activities;
- Maintain knowledge of competitors’ activities, industry standards, market trends, technology, systems and other relevant information;
- Line up marketing promotion programmes with Marketing Department should needs arise;
- Submit sales reports weekly;
- Organize and conduct presentations to potential and existing customers;
- Ensuring smooth service operations efficiency for clients with sales and operations team;
- Investigating and resolving clients’ issues with relevant departments;
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated preferred. Graduate from Business, Management or Engineering discipline will be an asset. Diploma holders with good experience will also be considered;
- 3-years and above sales & marketing experience with proven results;
- Prior experience in IT/Data Centre/Computer Peripherals industry will have an added advantage;
- Competent in MS Office application;
- Entrepreneurial character, capable of developing & executing an effective sales strategy for the assigned territory;
- Able to plan, organize and make effective sales presentations;
- Excellent organization, communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills when dealing with external customers;
- Self-motivated & adaptable to changing conditions in the work place;
- Mature & independent, able to work well with minimal supervision;
- Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities;
- Positive-thinker, results-oriented, assertive, resourceful and willing to take on challenges to achieve targets;
- Excellent presentation skill and interpersonal skill;
- Able to start work immediately;
- Have Class 3 driving licence and own car;
