Asia Infrastructure Project Development Pte Ltd

Asia Infrastructure Project Development Pte. Ltd. is a dynamic joint venture company formed by Asian Development Bank and a consortium of Singapore-based companies, supported by the Singapore Cooperation Enterprise. We partner provincial and municipal governments of developing economies to develop commercially viable projects to promote public-private partnerships in water supply, sanitation, wastewater treatment and other urban infrastructure projects.

We are now inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals to join as:

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Assist the GM in business development work to identify potential projects and build project pipelines in target markets
Assist the GM to market and promote the company among potential strategic partners and customers and develop useful business contacts and relationships with them on an on-going basis
Assist in preparation of project proposals, project feasibility studies reports and financial models
Assist in marketing & promotion activities for company
Liaison with external partners/customers
Assist in preparation of simple accounts and regular updates to shareholders
Assist in other duties/work, as assigned by the GM

Educational and Skills Requirements:

Degree with 2 to 3 years working experience, preferably with accounting, financial and investment experience
Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese clients
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to build financial models for investment analysis

Independent, proactive and result oriented
Honest, trustworthy and diligent
