Business Development Engineers (BDE)

Responsibilities:

Source for new leads and business development opportunities to secure new business or project for the company.
Assist in developing and implementation of sales and marketing strategy with the sales team for the company.
Assist in planning and implementation of business plan, especially in managing the activities for achieving the company sales target.
To establish and maintain excellent relationship with developer, owner, M&E, consultant, dealers, business partners and main contractors through professional technical approach.
To promote the value of the company through technical planning and specification in all projects.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. (Thermodynamic compulsory).
Minimum 2-3 years related sales experience preferably in technical networking sales & support.
Fresh Graduate Engineering is welcome to apply
Candidate with good business contacts especially HVAC industry would be an added advantage.
Resourceful, highly motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently.
Good analytical thinking and problem solving.
Good communication, public relations skills, and leadership skills.
Team player.
Own transport and willing to travel.
Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of other languages is would be an added advantage.
