Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis, cash flow projections and project evaluation
• Carry out market research, analyze market trends and report writing

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline, CFA finalist would be an advantage
• Minimum 2 year accounting or corporate finance experience
• Proven experience in research and analytical skills
• Familiar with China and Hong Kong property markets is a definite advantage
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer literacy in using Excel, Powerpoint and Word
