Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis, cash flow projections and project evaluation
Carry out market research, analyze market trends and report writing

Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline, CFA finalist would be an advantage
Minimum 2 year accounting or corporate finance experience
Proven experience in research and analytical skills
Familiar with China and Hong Kong property markets is a definite advantage
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good computer literacy in using Excel, Powerpoint and Word
