BILLING APPLICATION & DATABASE

Main Role & Responsibilities :

Deliver network performance to the agreed performance criteria and guidelines.
Provide technical solution ( Recommendation) and support to customer.
Provide regular feedback / reporting on operations, issues.
Performs Installation, Configurations, Commissioning, and Provisioning of all Network Elements of Operation Support System (OSS).
Manage OSS platform in Operations Centre.
Develop and implement processes to manage OSS platform.
lan & Integration Network element to OSS.
Control data flow from the network to the OSS System and plan the corrections and extensions to the OSS accordingly.
Prepare action plans for future software and hardware upgrades in the OSS.
Support the development of the all network planning and optimization process and procedure development.
Develop, maintain, and support various PHP/MySQL-based web applications.
Collaborate with other team members in application building and enhancements.
Develop and enhance in-house software programmes/application

BILLING APPLICATION & DATABASE SUPERVISOR (1 PERSON)

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication/Computer/Electrical Engineering or other related field of study with 4 years experience in Telco.
Minimum S1 from reputable university.
Good communication, writing and presentation skill in English language.
Strong analytical & conceptual thinking.
Co-operate with Technical Operation Manager in problem solving and technical solution finding.
Capable in team work or individual work.
Ability to think clearly, identify risks, anticipate eventualities and resolve problems under pressure.
Min. 4 years experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX.
Working knowledge of Authentication and Encryption methods (Radius, SIM).
Previous experience in CRM/ customer database / reporting / data mining environment is an advantage.
Client – Server programming model – ISO OSI layer , TCP/IP communication protocols, Socket Programming.
Database design and development and data modeling.
Control data flow from the network to the OSS System and plan the corrections and extensions to the OSS accordingly.
Prepare action plans for future software and hardware upgrades in the OSS.
Co-operate with other Network Operation Centre personnel in trouble and emergency situations.
Train other Network Operation Centre personnel in the use of the OSS and its features.
Posses a good skill in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
Emergency support and standby on 24×7 basis for the services.
Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCDA or CCDP shall be advantageous
