Beauty Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Create and manage existing and new clientele accounts
• Lead team to achieve sales targets
• Develop effective sales strategies
• Perform detailed consultation on clients’ skin and body concerns
• Submit daily and monthly reports to Management
• Provide effective follow-up customer service
• Manage staff training and assessment
• Perform daily operational duties

Job Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience with managerial skills
• Service oriented with high motivation
• Self-motivated team player with positive attitude
• Retail working hours, weekends and public holidays
• 6 working days a week
• Effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin)
• Remuneration package: Basic + Commission + Incentives : $3000-$6000
