Tornado will be the largest entertainment outlet in Singapore to be launched first quarter of 2009. The approximate space of 32,000square feet consists of F&B, amusement and intelligent gaming located at the heart of Singapore. BAR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the bar
Training staff, handling bar inventory and expanding the customer base
Assist Sales and Marketing management in the yearly formulation of trade channel sales plans and targets
Ensure to fulfill sales related targets set by the management and provide timely and accurate update of the bar performance

Requirements:

Singaporean
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / NITEC/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Managers specializing in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant Service or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills
Detailed, energetic and highly motivated
Warm and cheerful personality
Well-groomed
