Asst HR Mgr / HR Executive Hoo Huat Engineering Pte Ltd

Hoo Huat Engineering Pte Ltd, and its group of associate companies, are involved in the marine and offshore industry. We are involved in both shipbuilding, shiprepair and rig building business. We are the resident contractors of the major shipyard in singapore. Our business includes fabrication of hull structure, shiprepair , provide of scaffold services, piping services. Due to the fast growing business, We are currently looking for suitable candidates for the following positions.

Asst HR Mgr / HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for full spectrum of HR Function
Provide management with support, guidance and direction regarding HR issues.
Develop HR Strategies, policies and procedures
Ensure company’s staffing requirements are fulfilled
Strong planning and organization skills
Liaise with various government agencies.

Job requirements:

Degree in HR , Business Admin or equivalents with min. 5 years of managerial experience in HR
Min Diploma in HR with min. 7 years of managerial experience in HR
Hands on person
Experience in marine / construction / petrol-chemical industry will be an advantage.
