Associate Director – Healthcare

We are now looking for an Associate Director to join our Regional Healthcare Division in our Singapore office.

The responsibilities:

To be personally responsible for the generation of business through a combination of new business development and strategic account management
To be enthusiastic about building the client base by attracting new clients to the organization and penetrating into new areas of the more established clients
To promote the unique services and expertise of the company at congresses and directly when interacting with clients
To play a central role in managing the team on a day to day basis; encouraging the sharing of knowledge and people development within the team
To ensure that all work is undertaken to the highest standards and creates relevant insights that contribute to client decision making
To contribute to continuous improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare team

The prerequisites:

A bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, or a professional degree;
At least 8 years in market research, including experience of the pharma/healthcare industry
Demonstrated management experience, covering both staff and commercial management;
Command of primary market research skills and techniques;
Strong leadership, good people skills, excellent communication and presentation skills;
Experience in working closely with cross-functional and multi-national teams;
