ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT

1) ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT
(IT Finance/HRMS/Web Services )

Job Scope:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Oracle Financial System, Oracle Distribution System, PeopleSoft HRMS-Payroll System , Executive Reporting System and the Internet/ Intranet Services. You will play a critical role in providing leadership to the team in the areas of planning, development, project management and evaluation. You will be required to supervise the project team to ensure that projects are running on schedule and within budget.

Job Requirements:

You must have a diploma or degree in Information Technology with at least 10 years’ experience in managing application projects. You are both a strategic leader and a hands-on team player. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. The candidate should be analytical, resourceful, meticulous, energetic and innovative. Good project management skill and knowledge of IT processes and standards like SEI-CMM are essential.

2) ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT
(IT INFRASTRUCTURE)

Job Scope:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of the infrastructure network – LAN, WAN, WLAN, Intenet, Intranet & Extranet. You will provide leadership to champion certifications of IT infrastructure processes. You will play a critical role in providing leadership in all managed infrastructure components and processes ie client desktops, servers and storages, incorporating industry best practice standards like ITIL. In addition, you will be responsible for the data center operations, ensuring disaster recovery is in place and tested. Strategic IT planning and leadership in technical enterprise architecture blueprint are within the job scope.

Requirements:

You must have a diploma or degree in Information Technology with at least 10 years’ of IT experience , preferably in a healthcare environment. You are both a leader and a hands-on team player. Excellent communication , interpersonal and analytical skills are essential. Must be resourceful, organized and innovative with a strong problem solving mindset.

3) ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT
(IT Governance/Clinical Systems)

Job Scope:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of all clinical IT projects from the conceptualizing of plans to the final completion of the project including smooth implementation. You will play a key role in providing leadership to the team in the areas of planning, development , project management and evaluation. You will be required to supervise the project teams in which, you will continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the projects.

Requirements:

You must have a diploma or degree in Information Technology with at least 10 years experience in managing application projects. Preferably CITPM or PMP certified and have worked in a healthcare environment. Must have a good track record in managing IT application operations, account servicing and vendor management . Hands on experience on SDLC management of major projects are essential. Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
