Assistant Restaurant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide leadership in creating a cohesive, effective service team and business unit team.
Familiar with food and beverages, food and beverage pricing, outlet’s promotions etc.
Attend training course and meeting whenever scheduled for.
Responsible for educating associates on operational issues.
Responsible for day to day efficient and smooth running of the outlet/s and achieving high guests’ satisfaction.
Report feedback on guests.
Provide professional level of restaurant’s service to guests.
Project a professional image to guest and customers.
Active participant as a team member in the hotel/resort’s Food and Beverage Department.
Brief staff in advance regarding:
a. Promotion concept.
b. Period of promotion
c. Menu or food to be served(how food is served, presented and prepared)
d. Wine or beverage available for the promotion.
e. Selling price

THE DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of three (3) years F&B management experience in restaurant, Room Service, banqueting, or bars in a four or five star hotel/restaurant.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Diploma in Hospitality
Proven record in delivering operating results in high volume F&B operations in four/five star hotels/restaurants.
