Assistant Program Manager

ESI International is seeking an additional Assistant Program Management staff to support our growth in Asia. Based in our Singapore office, this role involves managing the implementation of ESI’s performance improvement solutions with our clients. This is a junior role and the successful candidate will be involved at critical stages throughout the sales cycle, including: understanding client needs, data entry, engagement scheduling, managing logistics, allocating resources and generate status reports.

The position entails working closely with sales staff in Singapore as well as our other offices in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan to ensure that the client’s needs are adequately met in support of revenue and profit targets.

Job Responsibilities

We require applicants with:

Excellent command of English with strong business communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to interface effectively with a variety of different departments and all levels of staff and management
Proficiency in advanced level usage of the Microsoft Office suite
Strong individual drive – a team player with a sense of responsibility and task ownership, and with strong attention to detail
Flexible and proactive in adapting to a variety of challenges and multi-tasking
Utmost commitment to quality and a passion for excellence
