Founded in 1993 by Joyce Choo, Cactus Studio is a long-time partner of creative agencies and MNC clients. Its portfolio of local and regional projects include shoots for Absolut, Nokia, SIA, Hewlett Packard, Canon, American Express, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Sony and Exxon Mobil.

With highly accomplished and versatile resident photographers, it serves clients’ needs as a one-stop shop for all photography genres – advertising, still life, portrait, food and more.

A full service team helps clients achieve better control both time and quality, and caters to jobs of different sizes. Besides the 3 photographers, the fulltime team comprises a producer and a digital imaging artist who work alongside several part times and assistants.

Assistant Producer / Producer

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers and clients to ensure deadlines are met
• Generate daily work flow, call time, timeline, production reports
• Work closely with producers, photographers and DI artists to ensure all final photographic images are delivered on time.
• To source for props, models/talents, locations, etc for photoshoot
• Trouble shoot any issues before and other photoshoot

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year working experience in advertising or production house
• Ability to handle pressure and work within tight schedule
• Ability to work long hours if required in a fast pace environment
• Resourceful, sociable, self-motivated & energetic, creative & independent.
• Systematic, timeline driven, internet savvy, multi-task
• Proficient in MS office & Photoshop
• Possess good communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Salary will commensurate with experience
