Novus Puncak Resort & Spa is offering excellent opportunities for dynamic individuals with relevant skills and experiences for the following positions:

Assistant Personnel & Training Manager (APTM)

Qualification Requirement:

• Male or female and holds Bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferably from Law or Psychology background.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the similar roles in hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
• People oriented, coaching and counseling skill.
• Strong communication skill.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to train in professional manner.
• Willing to be stationed in Puncak.
