Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process
Ensure on time payroll processing and payout
Responsible for the update of benefits and welfare records
Propose and coordinate on employee relations activities
Coordinate on training and development activities
Update on statutory changes and compliances
Generate reports when necessary

Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary education level preferably in Human Resource Management
Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience
Able to multi-task
Highly organized, good time management, and able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Accurate and attentive to administrative details
Good understanding of employment and related law in Singapore, knowledge of employment law and practice of other Asian countries an advantage
Fluent in English. Other foreign languages will add significant value.
