Assistant Human Resource Manager (Regional)

Responsibilities

  • Involved in formulation and implementation of HR policy in the existing system.
  • Manage day to day HR operational duty in various departments of the organisation.
  • Liaise with internal and external suppliers, vendors and employees with regards to the issue related to HR.
  • Conduct Induction and Orientation for newly joined employees.

Requirements

  • A good tertiary education in Human Resource Management or HCM related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in full Spectrum of HR.
  • Good exposure in Regional will be a plus.
  • Industry knowledge in aerospace, R & D and Manufacturing domain will be preferred.
  • Experience in full HRM infrastructure implementation:
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Training and Development
  • Compensation and Benefit
  • Employee relations
  • Hands on experience in SAP, ERP and PeopleSoft systems.
  • Possess initiative in analyzing problems & recommending solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have management exposure.
