South China Transfer Ltd

South China Transfer Limited, a contract operator for the West Kowloon Refuse Transfer Station and the grease trap waste treatment facility of the Environmental Protection Department of Hong Kong, is looking for a seasoned Assistant General Manager to join them.

Assistant General Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of WKRTS and the grease trap waste treatment facility to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations; ensures they are operated in accordance with applicable regulations; and maintains working relationships with associates, consultants, contractors and the public.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Production & Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years warehouse / chemical plant operation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Waste management experience is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese, both verbally and in writing.
