Assistant Facilities Manager
Reports to : Logistic Manager

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Perform daily checks around the building and surrounding
Plan the maintenance schedule & implement preventive maintenance programs on an annual basis.
Plan and implement improvements and processes for compliance, conduct hazard/risk analysis, safety audits, safety inspections and incident investigations.
Work closely with external contractors on facilities & equipment repairs, furniture moving, electrical projects, light construction, etc.
Monitors and directs external contractors and ensure that their jobs are carried out as scheduled.
Facilitate site compliance with regulatory Factories Act and Health and Safety Standard requirements
Liaise with customers’ EHS representative and ensure all site personnel follow and comply with their EHS policies and procedures.
Responsible for security matter of the building.
Plan duty roster and oversees the security officers.

Requirement:

At least Diploma in Building in Building and Property Management or its equivalent.
Certified Fire Safety officer will have an added advantage.
2-3 years relevant experience in the management & maintenance of a building
