Assistant / Communication Manager

Leads and manages Communications team, and critiques all aspects of visual and interface design including illustration, 2D & 3D animation, interactive design and motion graphics.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages Communications team, and critiques all aspects of visual and interface design including illustration, 2D & 3D animation, interactive design and motion
  • Integrates fully into our user experience design process and ensures that project vision and creative standards are being upheld
  • Initiates project vision. Working with clients and internal teams to take initial briefs and turns them into clearly scoped projects
  • Keeps up with industry trends and advances in technology, design and media while working closely on planning and execution of clients’ marketing needs with account executives – Proactively leads, mentors and motivates creative staff at the day-to-day level
  • Be a highly accomplished designer, animator or illustrator able to lead by example when required
  • Ensures the consistency and the maintenance and development of the visual identity and product image
  • Ensures that all project deliverables meet internal quality standards and client requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of Arts/Visual Communications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Fantastic communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experienced with creating and managing strategically focused integrated communications – online/offline
  • Ability to manage creative people and make quick & accurate decisions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing objectives and applying them for creative development directives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, writing, management and leadership skills that foster positive and constructive interaction with employees at all levels
