Our clients including major shipping companies, agencies, shipbrokers, oil traders, offshore industries and oil refineries.

A Ship Management Company in Town Area is urgently searching for Assistant Accounts Manager (Vessel Accounts)

Assistant Accounts Manager (Vessel Accounts)

Prepare of monthly Management Reports for Office and Vessels accounts
Prepare of Quarterly Vessel Management Reports
Budget for Office and Vessels
Funds Management for both Office & Vessel accounts
Gst Returns , Audit and Tax functions
Checking on vessels’ portage bill and crew salaries
Arrangement of CTM in Singapore
Checking on Accounts staffs daily work
Ensure all vessel expenses are coded correctly
Ensure accuracy of monthly ships’ account to owners
Any other reporting to Ship Owners

Obtain ACCA or equivalent
3-4 years working experience after completing ACCA; experience from shipping industries will be ideal otherwise still can be considered
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
