New Shan Travel Service Pte.Ltd. is a homegrown fully licensed travel agent incorporated since 1972.

Since then, it has gained a strong foothold in the Singapore travel industry. From an initial setup of 8 staff providing ticketing services, its present staff network of 140 now provides a full range of travel related services. Amongst the services provided are world-wide ticketing, in-house and airline packaged tours, hotel bookings, visa arrangements, cruises, golf tours and tournaments, general sales agents (GSA) for airlines & freight forwarding.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT / SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Scope:

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the running of daily operations
• Ensure timely and smooth monthly and yearly accounts closing
• Prepare and analyse monthly management reports
• Review and implement control policies and procedures
• Submit GST returns and surveys
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity
• Hands-on approach with excellent interpersonal skills
