Assistant Accountant

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in accounting or professional accounting qualification
Minimum of 3 years of working experience
Knowledge of ACCPAC System
Good team player with high level of integrity, excellent interpersonal, communication skills and self-motivated
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred
5 days work week

Primary Role & Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts
Co-ordination of monthly management reports from various subsidiaries
Perform inquiry and analytical review on month end results
Assist in the monitoring of AP, AR, GST & inventory control
Maintain proper accounting filing system and record all transactions in the computerized system
Schedules preparation and monthly variance analysis
Inter-company transactions and reconciliations
Supervising accounting team members
Liaising with internal and external auditors
