Area Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily management and operations of a chain of fast-food restaurants
Responsible for the sales and profitability of the restaurants
Responsible for the hiring and training of the management staff
Serves as a co-ordinator between various departments and restaurants

Requirements:

GCE ‘O’ level / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, managing a chain of restaurants
At least 1 year’s experience in mid-management capacity
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a good sense for figures and leadership qualities
Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills coupled with excellent presentation skills
