Area Manager Watson’s Personal Care Stores Pte Ltd

Area Manager

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations related matters for a group of stores.

He/she will lead the store management teams to drive sales and maximize profit, manage shrinkage, achieve business effectiveness, deliver quality customer service, and to perform service recovery when necessary.

He/she will be an exemplary role model to the team members in driving creativity, understanding the commercial aspects of the business, and generating innovative ideas to steer the stores’ sales and net profit to ground-breaking level.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree / Diploma with a passion for retail management;
At least 4 years of operational experience in a similar capacity, attained in a dynamic and fast-paced service environment;
Proven exceptional leadership ability, with acute business acumen and analytical skills;
Confident, self-drive, with a high level of drive, integrity and professionalism;
Results orientated, resourceful, and willing to be “hands-on” when required;
Excellent communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and people management skills;
Good command of English and proficient in MS Office Applications.
