Architectural Supervisor

Job Scope

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be required to conduct in-process inspections for architectural works in relation to client’s requirements, Conquas 21 and our Standard Work Procedures in a safe manner. You are to ensure that technical requirements are met by sub-contractors and suppliers. Plan and arrange all architectural works activities to ensure continuous work progress. You will be involved in arrangement for in-process inspections with Clients’ representatives. Review and interpret drawings and highlight discrepancies for early clarification to prevent abortive works.

Job Requirement

Possess relevant Diploma / National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) and at least 5 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in the building construction industry
Min 2 years relevant experience in supervision of architectural works
Computer literacy in Microsoft Words & Excel
Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
