ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Job Description

Responsible for the coordinating & executing of company projects in all Architectural Works aspects.

Duties include:

Possess the ability and experience to design, detail, specify and assist in the tendering of architectural packages
Liaise with the client & consultant teams on design issues
Be able to administer the Architectural sub-contractor contracts on site from commencement till handover
Able to solve issues of technical and coordination nature for design, site and subcontracting parties
Posses the ability and experience to control quality of final products
Posses ability to test and inspect all architectural products

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/ Degree
Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in the supervision of structural/architectural works
Good communicative skills & able to interact with people of all levels
