Established on 1st November 2002, TT Network Integration Asia Pte Ltd (TTNI) is a joint venture of Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Japan), Toyota Digital Cruise Inc. (Japan) and Toyota Tsusho Singapore Pte Ltd (Singapore).

TTNI provides network development and integrates systems for Toyota and her affliates.

TTNI services include high quality advice and technical support throughout all network and system infrastructure as well as application development and support.

APPLICATION ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Provide application support (2nd line) for a Global Supply Chain Management Application including sales & logistic operation used in 14 countries
• Involve in user requirement studies, implementation, training & post-implementation
• Analyse helpdesk (1st line) requests and provide solutions
• Follow-up on helpdesk requests
• Registration of Master data

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business IT or Logistic Management
• Well versed in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• Good interpersonal skill, highly motivated and strong logical thinking
• Able to work under tight schedule, independently as well as in a team
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese. Ability to communicate in Japanese would be an added advantage
• Preferably with some working experience in helpdesk or IT application support but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
