Due to our expansion in Asia, we now have vacancy for all professional to the following position:

Application Center Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Working closely with Applications Technical Managers to convert projects’ user requirements into specific development specifications
Overseeing operation of development team (consisting of 40+ engineers or more) to ensure development and qualities meet Oberthur Technologies ISO QSM guidelines
Working with ACT Director to ensure projects and applications can be delivered to customers on time
Overseeing training of developers and testers based on training standards
Writing policies, technical guides, rules and procedures, also training standards that are used across departments in the company

REQUIREMENTS

Education :
o Bachelor or preferably hold a Master Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
Technical Knowledge :
o Programming Languages : C, C++, Visual Basic, Assembly, Java, JavaCard
o Embedded Systems, Smart Card architecture
o GSM, CDMA, UICC specifications
o Configuration Management Tools : CVS, PVCS
Management and Soft-skills Knowledge
o ISO 9001 Quality Management System
o Project Management tools such as GanttChart, PERT Charts, and other reporting methods
o Experience managing technical team, understand and analyze conditions of team in terms of performance and morale
o Strong command in English and other languages, written and verbal.
Others
o Maximum age : 37 years old
o Minimum experience : 3 years as a Manager
o Able to work independently and in a team environment
o Analytical, systematic and organized
o Assertive and capable of enforcing Policy
o Proactive and resourceful
o Good interpersonal skills and work attitude
o Strong writing and presentation skills
