ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming call
• Sorting, filing of correspondence, quotations, monthly reports and maintenance thereof
• Liaise with service provider for office equipment maintenance, staff recruitment advertisement
• Procurement of office supplies, equipment, printing, stationery
• Handling Account Receivable and Account Payable, keying in receipts and payment, posting entries and processing billing in MYOB accounting software system
• Consolidating monthly sales report for all business development manager, account manager and account director
• Preparing Delivery Order, Purchase Order for clients and suppliers
• Managing annual leave and medical leave records
• Preparation and submission of GST
• Process of payroll and CPF of staffs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in admin function, advantage if have experience in MYOB accounting software system
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
• Be able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Singaporean/PR only
