A rapidly expanding events communications agency, responsible for the successful execution of some of Singapore’s biggest and most high profile events, has begun an exhibition arm, and is seeking experienced Exhibition Sales Managers to work with us as we further seek to become Singapore’s leading event communications agency.

ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

To assist the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks.
To be proactive in anticipating staff needs by contributing fresh and ideas to streamline companies’ policies and procedures.
To assist with book-keeping, filing, secretarial and other tasks.
Liaison between the client and Tricom Staff, address the backend support needs of the business, and safeguard the interest of the company.
To manage the workflow and facilitate the timely completion of the projects undertaken.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
An individual with pride, passion, and one that garners satisfaction from a job well done.
An ability to multi-task.
Pleasant personality and a good team player·
Good communication, interpersonal skills·
A meticulous character would be favourably considered.
Ability to think strategically and work independently
Good command of the English language.

Remuneration:

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Attractive remuneration and bonus packages will be pegged against good performances.
