Admin Assistant/ Sales Coordinator

Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’/'N’ Level
  • Able to communicate in English and Chinese
  • Admin and accounting experience
  • Independent
  • Familiar with Microsoft Words & Excel
  • 5 days work week at Ubi area
  • Singaporean & PR only

Job Description:

  • To provide support to the Sales Department in a daily sales activities
  • Handling of sales enquiries
  • Preparing quotations
  • Issuing of Purchase Order, Invoice, delivery Order
  • Arranging of Deliveries
  • Update and follow up on outstanding orders and payment
  • Able to do Simple Accounting
