Admin Assistant (Planning & Purchasing)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Planning & Purchasing Department
• Responsible for the administrative processes of the Department within the ERP software.
• Responsible for the administration of Production Orders.
• Maintenance of the Master data to support the BOM (Bill of Materials) for planning & purchasing.
• Supporting control of stock movements in the ERP software.

Requirements:

• Diploma III in Related Field and above
• Minimum 3 years experience in a planning / purchasing function in a manufacturing set-up
• Work experience and knowledge of MRP II concepts and practices.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently.
• Computer Skills – Microsoft Office applications & internet browsing.
• Fluency in the English language.
