Accounts Manager / Executive

Boutique Design Agency requires someone who is people-orientated, organised, able to work independently with a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities:

Secure, manage and expand portfolio of accounts.
Manage projects effectively and resolve all customers concerns and meets client expectations.
Support and work closely with Creative team in all projects assigned.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clientele.
Prepare forecast/budget to meet organisation expectations.
Work closely with Suppliers, Printers & Publishers in projects

Requirements:

Preferably with 1-2yrs working experience in BTL advertising.
Organised and meticulous in handling projects from concept to completion.
Good customer service
Computer savvy (MS Office is essential)
Presentable with a sense of professionalism in handling customer queries and conflicts.
Team player
