ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you shall manage full sets of accounts using QuickBook accounting software to:

• Generate reports for quarterly GST returns;
• Prepare sales invoices, payroll & payroll-related matters;
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation;
• Maintain debtors, creditors and general ledger;
• Consolidate the group of companies’ accounts;
• Preparing monthly Management Reports and required schedules

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in full set of accounts;
• Well-versed in Microsoft Applications and accounting software;
• Working experience in consultancy or contractors’ firm would be advantageous.
