An established Large Format Printing Company looking for the right candidate for the following vacancy :

Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

• Data entry into accounting system
• Process invoice, cheques, petty cash, claims and etc
• Bank reconciliation, GST filing and etc
• Generating monthly reports
• Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or CATS
• Must have at least 1 – 2 years experience
• Able to use MS Excel and Word is a must
• Preferred with experience in MYOB
• Responsible & hardworking
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
