Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in handling full set of accounts
• Assist in inventory management and job costings
• Preparation of monthly management and GST reporting
• Liaision with both internal and external parties in accounting related areas
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• At least an LCCI higher/ Diploma holder in Finance & Accountancy
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industries with experience in inventory management
• Possess good accounting knowledge, preferably familiarity with accounting standards
• Proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
• Good communication, written and interpersonal skills are essential
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• A good team player and possesses positive attitude
