Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for all accounts payables and receivables.
To ensure all entries are made accurately and timely into the accounting system.
To perform reconciliation of accounts and prepare full set of accounts.
To prepare financial statements.
To ensure timely follow up and resolve all issues with all staff, customers, suppliers and bankers.
Assist in other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

Diploma in accounting, LCCI, ACCA or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting
Preferably with or able to acquire new trade skills: Car Costing, Monitoring and Chasing for Payments, etc in the shortest time possible.
Well-versed in MYOB Premier accounting software highly advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
Able to start work immediately or at short notice is preferred
Ability to work independent and deadline-oriented
