ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining of AR, AP & GL
• Assist in monthly budget and bank reconciliation
• Prepare GST returns and aging reports
• General reports & filing
• Ad hoc administrative tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• 2-3 years relevant experience
• Preferably with ACCPAC knowledge (not compulsory)
• Independent, meticulous and pleasant disposition
• Proficient in MS Office and able to multi-task
