Accounts Assistant Rockeby Biomed (Singapore) Pte Ltd

Rockeby biomed (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rockeby biomed Limited, a Singapore-based, ASX-listed (ASX: RBY) healthcare company specializing in research, development and marketing of rapid testing technologies for infectious diseases in humans and animals and lifestyle health products including CanDia5®,Avian Influenza Virus test kits and PePP®.

Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Handling full set of accounts for each of the Group’s subsidiaries which includes:
- Accounting allocation and input into accounting system
- Process AP, check disbursements to suppliers
- Process AR, credit control and collections
- Bank, AP and AR Reconciliation
- Perform monthly stock entries and periodic stock count
- Prepare monthly reconciliation to sub ledgers (AR, AP, Fixed Assets and Inventory)
- Prepare monthly accounts analysis
Assist in the preparation of management accounts
Undertake any other ad hoc assignments
Assist office administration when requested

Requirements

GCE “O” / LCCI / Diploma with min. 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in manufacturing environment an advantage
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software, preferably in MYOB
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Must be a team player and multi-task, when required
Independent, matured and with good working attitude
Able to work overtime, when required
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
