We seek to appoint suitable candidates who want to be part of a growing dynamic firm :

Accounts Assistant

Job Scope:

• Order processing – Invoicing to sales reporting
• Inventory maintenance – Keying in shipments and stock reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable – Keying in receipts and update collection report
• Accounts Payable – issuing cheques and petty cash reimbursement
• Journals Entries
• Bank Reconciliation
• Running banking errands at least twice a month
• Prepare partial to full sets of accounts
• Salary range – S$1500 to S$1800
• Performance bonus range from 1.5months and above
• 5 Days week

Requirements:

• Min. GCE N Level
• Diploma in Accounting
• 3 – 5 years accounting experiences
• Excellent in Excel spreadsheet in a must
• Meticulous and must be multi-tasking meeting tight deadlines
• Willing to work overtime
• Preferable stays around Redhill, Bukit Merah / Henderson Area
• Singapore / PR only encourage to apply
