As part of expansion initiatives in Asia Pacific region, we are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Assistant to join us in our Asia Pacific head office in Singapore.

The candidate reports directly to the Financial Controller.

Accounts Assistant

Job Description:

Responsible for full set of accounts
Fully in charge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets
Perform monthly closing as well as updating financial package schedules and preparation of audit / tax schedules
Prepares quarterly GST filing and perform bank reconciliation

Requirements:

LCCI / CAT / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience in accounts-related work
Good knowledge and experience in the use of MS-Office software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with the use of Oracle preferred
Hands-on, initiative and independent
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents preferred.
