Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle partial / full sets of accounts – AP, AR and/or GL functions
  • Prepare bank reconciliation, transactions and receipts
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers and cheques
  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of GST returns
  • General administrative support
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI Higher Accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
  • Responsible, committed and good working attitude
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short period of time is preferred

Working Location / Working Hours

  • City Hall area
  • 5 days work week
