We are now looking for Accounts Assistant to join our expanding team.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

• Data entry and manage daily financial functions, this includes month-end closing, cash control, internal control procedures, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables & General ledger
• Performing GST submission and tax filings
• Prepare Balance Sheet schedules and manage monthly cash flows
• Prepare Bank Reconciliations and analyze Bank Reconciliation Statements and ensuring that all bank accounts are reconciled with the ledger
• In charge of filing systems for all transactions
• Able to assist with admin ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Meticulous and has good communication skills

Others

• Salary: Not exceeding $2,200
