Accountant Newall Systems Pte Ltd

Newall Systems Pte Ltd is a Company dealing with Building Construction Systems. Due to our expansion, we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the following position:

Accountant

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL and adjustments for related Companies
Handle month end closing, project accounting, payment processing and accounts reconciliation
Implement internal audit programs to minimize operational and financial risk
Improve internal control procedures
Assist in profit & loss forecast and the annual budget process
Handle ad-hoc reports & projects as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ related work experience
Proficient in MS Office, QuickBook
Meticulous, hands-on and able to meet tight deadlines
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Possess good initiative and can-do attitude
Flexible and keen to take on new challenges
Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred.
