Accountant

Job Requirements

You will be involved in reporting and assisting the financial controller based in the UK and bookkeeping for our offices in Singapore and Shanghai.

Main responsibilities:

Billing/sales invoicing as per revenue recognition following Company’s policy and procedures;
Responsible of all aspects of Accounts Payable, including issuing and mailing cheques;
Month-end financial reporting, cash flow, KPIs and dashboard management, including posting journal entries, accounts and reconciliation;
Assist the Financial Controller in the quarter-end financial reporting pack;
Assist the Financial Controller in responding to financial reporting;
Any other adhoc assignments.

Requirements:

ACCA finalist or affiliate or equivalent professional certified accounting qualification.
At least 2 years experience in handling full set of accounts, from a MNC environment.
Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous, good communications skills and team player.
Able to commence work on March 15, 2009 or soon thereafter.
Able to speak Mandarin
