City Satay is the largest barbeque food supplier in Singapore with a large retail network islandwide. We are gearing up for growth and expansion and are inviting committed and dynamic individuals to join us.

Accountant

Job Scope:

This position heads the account department and manages the financial affairs of the organization. Assist in managing of company’s financial plans and policies, budgetary controls, cost accounting, its accounting practices, its relationship with the lending institutions and the financial community. This position also involves supervision over Administration and HR functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle Full Sets of Accounts.
Prepare monthly closing of company accounts and to present timely/ accurate monthly reports to management;
Coordinate and compile annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor cash flow position
In charge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Inventory and General Ledger.
Liaison with external parties, such as Bankers, Company Secretarial Firm and Company Auditors.
Supervising of accounts assistants.
Supervision over administration and HR functions, such as recruitment and payroll.
Other ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, of which, 2 years with supervision experience
Experience in the Quickbooks accounting and Food Industries will be advantageous
