PT SHI provides advanced engineering design and fabrication services to clients in the Oil & Gas and Power companies worldwide. In the manufacturing facility in Batam, heat transfer equipment, pressure vessels, skid packages, onshore & offshore modules & structures, floating crane & barges, steel structures for industrial plants such as refineries, petrochemicals, power plants are fabricated with high-tech equipment, fully automatic machineries and latest software systems.

ACCOUNTANT (BASED IN BATAM)

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized D3/S1 Accounting Degree
• Male/Female age 35 and below
• Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting and Taxation field in oil & gas industry
• Experience in handling Standard Cost systems is an added advantages
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Ability to interact with all levels of people with leadership qualities
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written
• Willing to travel when required
• Willing to based in Batam
• Interview will be conducted in Batam

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full sets of accounts independently
• Month end closing and analysis of P/L and Balance Sheet
• Maintain and updating chart of account
• Liaise with auditors and tax advisors
• Ensure that the accounting practices are in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Reviewing and analyzing of Quarterly Fabrication Yard Expense Forecasts
• Reviewing and analyzing of yearly Fabrication Yard Standards Cost
• Reviewing and analyzing Capital Expenditure form is in accordance to existing policy.
• Preparing Management presentation slides related to financial and fabrication activities
• Monitoring fabrication activity such as man-hours, overhead cost, headcount reporting, job number and other management queries on accounting related and satisfying audit queries
• Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
